Begin by applying a thin layer of Ultra Hold adhesive, and wait for it to become tacky.
Place the lace wig double-sided tape on top of the thin layer of adhesive.
Apply another thin layer of glue on top of the tape and wait for it to become tacky.
Finally, apply a second thin layer of adhesive and allow it to become tacky before proceeding to apply the wig.
Longer wait times results in better adherence
Lace wigs staying on for weeks is more important for som ladies.
Always, clean area with alochol to remove any oils before beginning.

Additional Customization Optional

To achieve a natural look with tape and glue, this step is optional. Before applying the second layer of adhesive, use a small amount of press powder that matches the skin tone to remove any excess shine or white areas from the tape. With time, other methods can be added to enhance the natural look that fits best. Our company has been utilizing this approach for years with great success.

Applying Lace Front Wigs: Tips and Tricks

Follow the natural hairline. Avoid placing the tape straight across the forehead, as this will create an unnatural, helmet-like appearance. Instead, create an "M" shape and apply the glue precisely only where the tape will be placed. If the Ultra Hold adhesive is applied in an incorrect area, it can be challenging to remove and will remain sticky.
